Cachaca Cigana
is produced on a family farm situated on the plain of the Paraiba River
in historic northeast Brazil. The family has been making cachaca there
for generations from sugar cane grown on their fazenda.
The sugar cane is crushed in steam driven
machines fueled by sugar cane stalks.
Unlike industrial cachacas, Cachaca
Cigana is micro distilled and aged in oak barrels to give it a unique,
upscale color and taste.
